MONDAY to FRIDAY CLASSES

AGES 8-10

Explore the connection between art and movement. In the Drawing class you will learn to draw and paint using full-body movements, and in the Dance class you will use creative movement to "draw" with your body in space.

AGES 8-10

Get involved in creating a mural and performing music that will enliven our community! You will learn the basics of painting as you work together to create a large-scale wall mural. In Music class, you will learn to play keyboards and sing in preparation for a community performance.

AGES 8-10

In this group, you can explore the connections between printmaking and photography. Gathering inspiration from our neighborhood, you will learn the fundamentals of digital photography. In the Printmaking class, you will design posters and t-shirts inspired by your photographs.

AGES 11-14

This group is for beginners and experienced clay artists alike who also have a wild side! In Clay Studio, you can create cups, bowls or creatures out of clay. In Misfit'ed Monsters, use your infinite imagination to create and build your own monster characters, then create a short film telling a monstrous story.

AGES 11-14

Have you ever had a great idea for a story or movie? In this group, you will learn to tell stories through both comics and filmmaking. Learn to write and illustrate a comic book in Comics class, and work with a professional filmmaker to shoot and edit a short film about yourself in Film class.
